Soft Reset/Normal Reset: This is the first method of choice to try, if resetting is necessary. Press *#7780# to soft reset your XpressMusic 5800. It will restore factory settings without removing any applications, games or any installed thing.
Deep Reset: If above method does not work or you want to completely format C: drive (Phone Memory) of your smart phone, then simply press *#7370#. All the user information, like images, music files, installed applications etc. will be deleted. However, it will not affect data present on E: (Memory Card).
Hard Reset/Format: If above methods are not working then you should try this method. Press green button + red button + camera button + power on button.
